Yes, but as far as I understand, this graph was made according to data even before 1917 and the arrival of the Bolsheviks. Most Russian peasants lived in communities, so they had everything in common. While in Prussia, Germany, the father had all the power and usually gave all the inheritance to the eldest son, while the other sons did not inherit anything.

Also, right next to Imperial Russia, you had Kingdom of Hungary which had equal inheritance laws for all children for over a century if not more before it broke apart, with all children, regardless of gender, inheriting an equal proportion of their parents' land. I'm not sure what the situation is like in the other successor states, but here in Slovakia it's still causing problems since there are still a lot of random tiny pieces of land owned by completely random people who might not even know those exist. Also, I've read some feminists boasting that in Croatia, this system led to the youngest daughters inheriting coastal properties, as those were seen as the most useless, only for it to turn around and those lands now being what brings tourists into their country.
Legit an entire religious community built their family planning around this, since I've read that the Calvinists living here adopted a custom of only having one child of either gender and then stopping, to make sure that a single heir would inherit all of their properties, basically imitating what in most of the West could already be done without dooming the community in the long-term due to the inevitable demographic decline.
