Don’t ever vent to parents or literally anyone! Not even spergs! In real life. Only vent to people who go through the same as you. Don’t bother venting to someone who you THINK goes through what you go through cuz they may be in denial. Only vent on places like here that share common issues with no delusion.

I remember venting to certain people not even ab the blackpill but anything in general especially to spergs and they usually ignore me and call me a negative person behind my back. This is a delusion they have to cope cuz they don’t wanna admit that humans are awful scums. In my old job there was a 30y sperg virgin,

Everyone in my job would make fun of him behind his back and talk to him for laughs. He never realized this. Everyone hates him and I remember telling him once but behind my back he betrayed me and told everyone i do no work and said im a negative person. What a bluepilled dumbass. He also obsesses over celebrity crushes which is so sad. He is very fat and looks like he got down syndrome especially with the underbite.

This is very true. Especially the denial part. You think they'll understand you because they are just as ugly as you are but no.

It can be difficult though. My parents always ask what's wrong with me because I only LDAR and have no ambitions . When I stay silent they get mad and when I say I am depressed because I never had a gf they give me some bluepilled crap.

Suspect this is good advice for most people. Finding the right people to vent to and being able to communicate in a way that allows for you to be perceived as sympathetic both require a certain amount of IQ and probably some other social skill, like decoupling.

This is also one way in which therapy can help. You can use your therapist as a practice dummy to test certain kinds of approaches on. And you can ask him afterwards what he though of the way you presented yourself and your issues.

Human communication is kind of ass baseline and most people don't really understand each other, not in everyday interactions and neither when living together as a couple. There are a bunch of sci-fi novels that touch on hypothetical "alternative ways of talking". IIRC "Blindsight" by Peter Watts has aliens who communicate in a more bio-chemical way that is inherently trustworthy. Yudkowski had a short story featuring some aliens communicating by exchanging DNA.

A good way to overcome the innate lacklusterness of human communication is to be average in most regards. Or at least to be as similar as possible to the people surrounding you every day. The more similar you are to those you meet, the less need there is to even talk. The lower the chances for miscommunication and the easier to fix the misunderstandings that do happen.

We are weird and don't fit in, in addition to many of us being more or less autistic. You need to be able to compensate for all that if you want to find a way to make others understand. With most people it's probably not even possible.
