All theraphists should stave on the streets. There is no mental help that can solve soyciety hating you for existing. Therapy is useless and all sympathy is fake. If soyciety cares about men's mental health, they would stop actively creating mentally unstable men. Mental health isn't individual problem, it's soyciety problem. I don't see a reason why would anybody who is actively dehumanized and vilified by soyciety, would want to be good little boy and happily take more abuse. Soyciety has themselves to blame for creating legions of angry men and no amount of gaslighting will solve that. You're absolutely right. Therapy is just a way to tell men they're the problem instead of addressing the way society treats us. Men are pushed to the edge by being ignored, vilified, and treated as less than human, and then we're expected to "fix ourselves" while nothing around us changes. Society creates broken men and blames us for breaking. It's no wonder so many of us stop caring or give up entirely.
