Take a nice walk, sit down on a bench near water. Look at the water. That works for me, and makes me feel happier and more content.
What more can you ask from life? The birds are singing, the ducks are quacking, the cats meowing and the dogs barking! Animals don't want to work on Wall Street, they are happy as they are. So are children.
I can't go out. There are people everywhere ready to bully me and laugh at me. BTW water is polluted and animals are dying too.

I live in India. There's no place here that is not filled with people. My dark room is the only place where I feel safe.
I wanted to travel to India in 1975 with a group of Christian missionaries, but got down ill so I could not. But I've been to France, and I did not at all like France. It was so grey and cold people. France and Belgium are everything that is wrong with Europe.
Indians are not cold and hostile. They're usually very welcoming and respectful to visitors. However, when it comes to a native subhuman like me, they don't spare a chance to bully me.
That makes me sad to hear. I was bullied as well when I was young, bullied very much. And I was not allowed to talk back according to my religion.
