lol, it's an absolute joke, you don't get anywhere without connections, either romantically or professionally, and most people are useless and can barely help themselves even if they give you the time of day, which is rare.
most of your efforts end up in shambles unless you manage to somehow generate truly insane amounts of money quickly.
here's a rough rundown of my experience trying to "kick it into high gear"
mid 2010s - one job where I do my best but superiors write me off and delay my raises as much as humanly possible, I respond by working harder even if my projects just get randomly cancelled after they're completed + focus hard on media hobbies to "make it big someday", lose weight and diet carefully in order to control weight, aging and balding, ultimately convinced it'll all work out someday
2017 - two jobs, angry calls on the weekend when I'm trying to rest, still work on media hobby whenever I can find any free time to "get rich", teeth drilled every week to looksmax since that's all that's left besides cosmetic surgery, eyes constantly open for romantic opportunities, first tinges of authentic fear and desperation
2018 - one job, hustling for interviews to get more money and prestige, trying to break into the media industry at the same time and going out to present my work and wasting money on it, working out, doing crazy shit to socialmax like sitting down at strangers tables after asking, now in full blown panic about not being able to date girls in their 20s anymore unless I do something
2019 - main job, working out at a slower pace, bare minimum of activity, blown out nerves make me revert to 2010s thinking and earlier
2020 - ?
2021 - ????????????????
i don't even care about dox anymore, i just want to talk about this shit because NO ONE THINKS THAT ANYTHING IS WRONG, they all either succeed by the skin of their teeth, or they adapt as far as they need to do in order to be able to "declare victory". i.e a guy marrying a fat ugly snaggletooth bitch 5 years his senior so that he can "declare victory" and leave the battlefield.
