When I'm alone at home sometimes I daydream and while I do it I run over my house like animal zoomies :

Similar to this, same happens when I hear some good music.

Another weird thing is that when I was in class I was always keeping this nervous smile all the time and I laughed at everything just to relax.
When I was 15/16 I remember I had some laughing episodes where I couldn't stop myself from laughing even if there was no reason ( I did that for like 20/30 minutes ).
Similar to pseudobulbar effect.

Actually I'm diagnosed with OCD + social anxiety but I don't know if it could be schizo or autism

over for incontrollable laughtercels

When you are socially isolated you start becoming unstable and do shit like this. It's normal.

Dude I do this for years now. I have a pretty long floor that connects all the rooms and I sometimes run half of it and then slide on my socks to the other side and back. Sometimes I also run into the bathroom, push myself against the wall and run back while listening to music and daydreaming. Weird shit but its also satisfying. This habit decreases in summer when I can ride my bike though the forest. Never had the laughing thing though.

I relate, I thought I was th3 only one who did this. I can't help but run or listening to music that I like.

I laugh when uncomfortable and pace a lot too

HAHAHAHAHAHA hahahahahaha HAHAHA hahaha Hahahahahaha. MY card.

Gtg! I have the runs!

I used to laugh a lot too, not anything for like 10 or 30 minutes straight though. I hear that people who laugh the most are the usually people who are the most sad... Incel trait tbh

Sounds pretty normal

just letting that excess energy out

My mom always hated me because I was walking in the house while watching something listening to music or just thinking.
