Have you ever listened to a recording of your voice and thought "wow i sound like such a beta"?

That's probably because you do. It took me until 15/16 for my voice to break, which caused me a lot of pain when growing up. even now women can tell that i'm incel just from the sound of my voice.

If you listen to chads, their voices are often deep and/or filled with confidence, which women are attracted to. If your voice makes you sound like you are weak/filled with insecurities or doesn't give you a 'presence' in the room, you will become virtually invisible in a room of people, and will not get much respect.

You can, although usually people can tell when you're changing your voice unnaturally. Also, if they hear your normal voice afterwards, they will know you have been intentionally lowering your voice, which will make you look even worse.
