Hi, I'm a 31 year old sub-5 guy with ulcerative colitis. It's a chronic autoimmune illness, similar to what MrBeast has (both are considered IBD). I also have asthma and myopia, so I'm not only unattractive but sick too.

Tbh I might be average but because I gain weight so easily I've been fat most of my life which makes me ugly af
