I was referring to today's concept of marriage in the west. Also forced marriage may make incels happy for a while, but afterwards they will have the desire to have sex with other females. Why not just force females to sexually serve men in general?

Monogamy is natural for humans, but so is degeneracy. How humans will behave just depends on what behaviors the natural, economic, legal, social and cultural environments incentivize.

For example when resources are tight or women's access to them are somehow restricted (they are banned from working for example), then they will prefer monogamy because it's better for them to lock down a good male provider and make efforts to keep him.

However in today's society, women have access to an abundance of resources. They can study and work for their own money and/or they can get welfare from the government, especially if they are a single mom. If they want to, they can marry a rich betabux as well, divorce him and easily take half his money. It's a state backed wealth transfer.
