Been gymcelling and bulking.

I used to be able to wrap my hand around and touch my pinkie with my thumb, I can't to that anymore. Now I can't touch my index with my thumb but only on my left arm ironically.

Just from doing deadlifts at the gym and doing basic forearm excersizes.

My wrists have never grown beyond my 16-17 years of age.

Deadlift, bent over row and forearm curls. You could probably add Farmers walks too. Just do excersizes with a lot of weight which test grip strength

Still at 6.5 inch wrists
Farmers walks are the only thing that actually probably helped here. That and just gaining weight.
 
Half ded srs, I haven't gotten the chance to 100% accurately measure them yet, but they are 100% sub 6 inch at least.
i dont know dude, my wrists look and appear tiny but in reality they roam around the 6.4-6.5 last time i checked. So i guess thats still small as hell, but they appear very minuscule and look sub 6 but they arent

No man, I'm 100% sure they are sub 6, I did measure them but I can't accurately convert cms to freedom inches on the fly.
They are 5. something, just don't know about the decimal.

Try Farmers walks, dead lifts and bulking

I farmers walk 58kg per hand about 25m-30m.

My 1rm deadlift isn't so impressive (220kg), so that could do with some work.

On a lean bulk.
