I have a few issues with the most common definition of "Incel" used by both The Manosphere and Normoids alike.
"Incel: A man who wants to have sex/relationships with women, but cannot despite his efforts."
My main issue with this definition is that it implies that the individual's wants/desires are somehow relevant to his status as an Incel.
In my opinion, they are not relevant.
My second issue is that it implies that his efforts are relevant.
In my opinion, efforts are only relevant when distinguishing between volcels and noncels and have no bearing on whether the individual in question is in fact an Incel.
For example, after I [BlackPilled] an incel that I knew and he accepted the truth and told me that was was indeed an incel, he later stated that he cannot be an incel due to the media's portrayal of incels as "violent, woman hating, mass murdering, basement dwellers who don't bathe or groom". He therefore declared himself to be a MGTOW Monk instead. I told him that MGTOW/Monkmode was legit and based for men who are 6+/10 and would rather be alone than submit to cuckoldry, but was usually a coping mechanism for incels in denial and that very few incels genuinely pursue the MGTOW/Monk lifestyle due to being so [BlackPilled] about femasite nature that they legitimately have no desire for sex and relationship. Regardless, a Sub6 Monk is still an incel.
Because of this, my definition of Incel goes as follows...
[Incel]: Any man who is less than 6/10 in attractiveness relevant to the standards of females in his geographical region.
Now, many of you might hold the opinion that a 5/10 normie who chooses to betabux a single mother landwhale is not an incel because he has occasional sex.
In my opinion, a 5/10 normie who chooses to betabux is simply a more self-degrading variety of Escortcel.
