I was thinking back to the days of r/incels and trying to remember if there was as much talk about violence and hatred as there is now (according to that study at least). My memory is hazy, but I don't think it was as prevalent. More recently, braincels and cuckswithoutballs (incelswithouthate) and the other random offshoot subs like shortcels definitely weren't as extreme.
In electrostatics, the presence of a charged object induces polarization on a nearby neutral conductor. In a system of 2 conductors, the two charged regions will encompass an entire object, so that when one is removed, both are left with a charge.
In this way, the institutions of the normie hivemind (like reddit) made a fatal mistake. When they started being SJWs and banning every opinion they don't like, they pushed people to fringe subs. Then when they started banning these communities, most of the people left for sites like our own. If reddit had just let incels stay there in the first place, the kind of extremism in our community would never have manifested because violence and hatred would be easier for them to moderate and control according to their own values. If the incel community was still on reddit, it would probably look a lot more like cuckswithoutballs did. They say you should keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
The problem with the reddit approach is an age old problem inherent to capitalism. Companies are more motivated by short term profits than long term profits, or ethics. Kicking incels out made all the reddit cucks happy in the short term. But in the long term they only made their problem worse. We aren't something you can just sweep under the rug, because there are reasons we exist other than just reddit, JFL. The sexual revolution broke the last barriers preventing market forces from permeating into the sexual market. Now, sexuality is a system of social hierarchy that mirrors the system of differentiation of the economy. Just like how a few rich people own most of the wealth while a huge number of people own nothing, a few chads are getting all the foids while most men rot.
The barriers these companies put up to protect only divides. They further marginalized us and incentivized giving platform to a minority of extremists. Isolated from the conditioning of the rest of the world, our morals will only diverge further.
