My simple gymcel routine

Autists tend to over complicate lifting with sets and reps also unnecessary accessory exercises here is my simple routine. I workout twice a day being NEET 

Workout 1 
Overhead press till failure
pushups till failure 
pullups till failure  
bent over row till failure 


Workout 2 
Neck training 
Grip training
Cardio

I increase the weight every week or whenever I can
 
you workout everyday?
 
Neck training until I can snap my own neck through my own propulsion
 
Too complicated.
 
add some squats and dips to your routine bra. And have at least 3 sets for each workout.
 
Do you notice yourself feeling better, mentally and stuff ?
