This week I started my plan to increase my bench press. I plan on doing this with speed reps. Specifically 5 sets of 5 reps. I started with a weight of 145lbs and will increase it by 10lbs every week. My goal is to get up to benching 225 for at least 5 reps.
 
You won't be able to increase 10 every week. Just go at your own pace.

Also if you're not on roids you might be able to bench press a lot and still not be noticeably bigger. I could bench press 120kg(265lbs) and was still fairly normal meh body

You're juicing bro. Your program doesn't matter when you're on gear.

You can literally jack off all day and still get stronger everywhere.
 
Update: I did chest today. 155 for 5 sets of 5 speed reps. Got it no problem. Thinking of maybe only increasing the amount 5lbs a week instead of 10. Any thoughts?
 
Today did chest and once again increase 10 lbs. 5 sets of 5 reps 165lb. Full lockout “speed reps”
