It's conveinent to just whack on the label of lazy to anybody that disagrees with them but I work on myself everyday and I have been through more hardship than they will ever know, I made it through my final year of school despite that being the year one of my closest loved ones suicided, I have heaps of hobbies and craft projects, I am starting to do cardio everyday, I love to cook.

This is nothing new. IT is notorious for leaving out important statements in any arguments presented to them, as well as ignoring evidence, strawmaning etc. It's a waste of time, energy, and braincells on trying to reason with them. They're to be mocked, and ridiculed, not to be engaged with.
