Venting My quality of life would improve considerably if I could move out of my building

The situation is unsustainable. Especially because of the new Latin American neighbors who have been here less than ten years and are showing me a lot of disrespect. Before there were more Spaniards and other immigrants who are no longer here and at least they didn't get into my things.
Now it is very uncomfortable, I have to make sure that when I go down the stairs there are no people on the landings because otherwise they stare at me and then burst out laughing when I go down.
I wish them death. Or I hear them through the skylight or the back room making fun of me and even my mother.
I am fed up and I want to leave. This year I will start a course where I will learn a new trade and hopefully I will get a job to get out of this damn building.

Don't think I'm angry, I only told you that because I thought it hadn't happened to you. Of course they laugh at me for being ugly and SHORT and also because I live alone with my mother and these bastards come from their countries already married or find a partner here. Those who have been here longer say it to the newest ones. For example, a new neighbor greets me the first day but then doesn't do it anymore. That's how normies are, if you have a bad reputation for being ugly and weird because I don't hang out with anyone, the problem is mine and not because others slander or reject me, that's how "people" work. Another thing that usually happens to me is that if I don't greet first, the other person doesn't greet me but then complains that I'm rude, it's simply incredible.

you can not win, its not about what you do, but how you look.
I tried to please them in past, by taking their complaints serious - its not about you, its just looks.
For example they tell me I stink and shit, so I shower for long time and use tons of soap - it changed nothing. It was not me, just hatred.
