Females are shallow and Hypergamous by nature, and no amount of social engineering or conditioning will change that.

Born short? Executed.
Born Autistic? Executed.
Mute? Executed.
Blind? Executed.
Deaf? Executed.
Paralyzed? Executed.
Any other sort of disorder or disability? Executed. Executed. Executed.

After a few generations, Inceldom will cease to exist as we know it.

Assuming the world is unanimously in favor of this, only attractive people would be allowed to procreate. This includes the politicians, lest them and their whole family be executed for distribution of inferior genetic material.
