I ask them what they did when they were my age in their free time, and they said that they hung out with their friends, skipped class to have fun, shit like that. I just rot in my house all day but they tell me that it doesn't matter. I say I have no friends, but they tell me I do because I talk to some people sometimes in situations where I have to such as education or work related settings. I have no one to talk to outside of that, no one who asks me what I have been up to or messages me. I don't exist once I get home.

How can I even express my problem to my parents if they don't even acknowledge it? They just tell me to focus on my studies JFL. They think if I just forget about it I will stop feeling that way.
