Having turbinates hypertrophy since I was a kid have ruined my face.
If you don't know what turbinates hypertrophy is, feels basically like having a constant wall in your nose that prevents you to nosebreath, So I have basically lived all my life with a constant annoying thing in my nose and I have mouthbreathed all my life.
When I'm alone I'm chronically picking up of my nose trying to remove all the shit I have but it's useless.
The result of this have been having a shitty recessed jaw and not being able to do activities that require a lot of physical effort.
I have had otorhinolaringilists sending me useless meds that haven't done shit for years, didn't take them for one time and the doctor got mad and kicked me out forever.
If you can't nosebreath is very probable that you also have turbinates hypertrophy and you don't know it.

I have an ugly jew nose i tried having fixed, Its over as it didnt work...

NOSEBROS :feelsaww:

Got the same problem

You can surgically get it reduced but there is risk of empty nose syndrome. I am getting my deviated septum fixed tomorrow and was recommended turbinate reduction but decided against the latter

Actually I got surgery but unfortunately the doctor knew about the Empty Nose Syndrome and gave me the least aggressive surgery so the turbinates basically stayed the same way.

I don't believe Empty nose syndrome is very common, I wish the doctor had removed the fucking walls I have in my nose

It was probably also your bad genes in general. Maybe im biased due to my situation but my older brother is a 7.5-8 lookswise and he could barely breath through his nose growing up (he always did mouthbreathing) yet his jawline is perfect. Mine is recessed while i started hard nose breathing and all the pseudoscience shit like hard mewing while i was still a teenager.

My parents had me with 44 years old so maybe it explains a lot of things

You're dysgenic regardless. It's OVER.

I feel you. I have flat maxilla, and i feel like i'm not getting enough air through my nose

Mouth breathing alleviates my breath shortness. Or i have to put in extra effort in nose breathing
