The half-life is too short (depending on which benzo) and you'll end up feeling anxious most of the time anyway.
Or you'll end up falling asleep at inappropriate times.
You should use it for acute anxiety episodes, rather than on a regular basis.

If you've ever tried benzos, then you know how dangerous it feels. Benzos remove too much inhibition. I find it useful only as landing gear for other drugs. There are stories of people who woke up in jail with no memory of how they got there.

If you haven't, you should try phenibut. It's more effective for social interactions than benzos, since you won't end up saying something insulting. If you do, you can cycle it with benzos to avoid withdrawal, though I wouldn't recommend that either.

It takes literally 2-3 days you fucking moron. And then the withdrawal is worse than heroin, meth, or cocaine withdrawal.

My mom takes those in order to get some sleep at night. She has anxiety. It works but not too well. I think her dosage should be higher.
