My parents do not allow me to go out at all. It sucks but if I disobey I will get thrown out of the house and I need somewhere to live until I join the army or get independent. My parents CONSTANTLY bitch about me not having a gf yet when I ask to go out they say that I am allowed to go out during the day, somewhere close so they can come and check up on me. I fucking hate them.

They put all of their energy into the wrong places and I voted my problems and my overall developement. Things got even worse by the time my younger brother was old enough to walk and speak. By that point almost all of the positive attention went to him and what few complaints he ever had (since he’s a sociable high tier normie) were taken care of. He knew this and leveraged my parents favoritism for him against me
