Blackpill My middle school yearbook proves JBW in the education system

I went to a middle school in the ghetto, yet only 4 of the staff out of 28 were black/dark according to a picture of the faculty all taking a picture for the yearbook. Imagine that? In a school filled with spics & niggers with almost of the faculty/staff being white. And even most of the hispanic staff were white passing. All the lunch ladies & security guards were black jfl.

Upon this discovery, I went to look through all the pages that showed ALL the school employees, and there was more color diversity, but they still are noticeably a minority.

But during after school programs, most of the staff I remember were black. They were hood too. Is this colorism, or are blacks underperforming or choosing not to pursue careers in the academic/education sector?

It’s also not crazy to assume schools in whiter neighborhoods have less colored people working there.

i dont think this proves anything anyone can become a teacher almost unless you are sub 5 or not nt you wont get any problems but its probably the job I would like least to do just non whites dont choose to become teachers and many of them are terrible at school too but I never heard a african person saying he wants to become a teacher even the most smart of them it's usually only europeans that do this and sometimes arabs but it's more rare and it's only arab women i've seen say this
