If it's nothing painful you can get the dead skin off with a wash of apple cider vinegar mixed with used coffee grounds. If no coffee grounds available use sand. Just don't put the used stuff inside plumbing. Use a big bowl and then dump it somewhere outside. The vinegar will kill grass.

Try washing your hands then put moisturizer on them. This helped me with my face, since I had it in my eyebrows and I just washed them with a facial cleanser then moisturized, but since you have this on your hands just wash them with soap then moisturizer.

If you shower or use too much moisture on your hands, they will wrinkle up and turn red. it means your basically washing off the protective layer of your skin.

No. I washed off a lot of it but it keeps coming back and back. Idk what the fucks wrong with it. Hopefully it and all my other health problems go away if my plan for the near future work out
Admittedly I cant be sure if that is your problem but if it is really fungus, you will need to treat your hands over a long period of time(about 4 weeks)
Scrub your hands in a bleach solution, it will kill the fungi, but not the spores, if you stop, it will grow back. Every surface you touch also will have spores if thats the case.
Same treatment as athlete's foot, honestly.

Fungi is such a pain in the ass. Spores very easily spread around, and basically attach to any crevices on skin and grow. Can be anywhere really. Damp environment or weak immune system makes it easier though.
