The hair transplant company want me to take their custom Finasteride tablets for six months which cost around three hundred dollars, and then the hair transplant which will be around 4000. At least I can pay for the transplant in monthly instalments, but wow, this is rather expensive.

My taxes pay for abortions, castration of children, housing for immigrants, but not a real issue that effects the mental health of men.

From my estimation you're looking at around $3084 dollars for going to turkey, booking a 5 star hotel, getting the transplant done, and coming back. As for the English the surgeons speak fine, I'm assuming. Never been there though.

Keep in mind "hair systems" if the transplant goes wrong. They look completely realistic nowadays, and are much cheaper.

I never said my biggest problem is hair. I was blackpilled enough to get on finasteride and minoxidil 18 years ago, then upgrade to spiro and dutasteride about 9 years ago. Also got a hair transplant. Now I'm NW1 (albeit a frauded one).

My main problem (as far as physical attributes goes) is my ugly face. I'm already treated bad enough for being ugly, I wouldn't want to be bald on top of that. Had I listened to people like you I would have ended up killing myself.
