I have always had a lot of respect for people who are just really calm and don't give off any negative vibes. they're very mature and overall make a positive contribution to the site with their presence. I try to be like that but I give off more negative energy than most people tbh. I get pissed off, get in to arguments, vent about my personal issues etc all the time on here

I think you’re probably just being too hard on yourself as many in our community tend to be ie for example due to my Christ cuck’d and cucked upbringing in general in just about any conflict situation even if I logically know I’m 110% in the right I’m still usually stuck in my mind mentally second guessing myself wondering and even thinking that no I’m probably the “wrong” or “bad one” here etc, etc.

thanks, I really appreciate it. and yeah low self worth does that. it can manifest itself in a lot of different ways. sometimes I'm too harsh on people because I'm used to nobody caring about what I say or think of them. it never occurs to me that someone might actually feel hurt by what I say. I end up feeling bad about it later but also having no idea how to apologize
