My advice to you is just to avoid going home. That's what I did. Work the longest shifts you can, do schoolwork or use your computer in public libraries or other spaces, really only go home to sleep. Try not to interact with them, but don't ignore them. Only speak if spoken to.

Also, lift weights and bulk up. When I got into bodybuilding my dad stopped physically abusing me.
