My facial skin is so oily, acne covered, yet simultaneously peeling with dead skin

I some how am oily, greasy, and acne filled yet at the same time have flaking dry skin

How the fuck is my skin peeling and dry if my face is constantly coated in a layer of oils?

This is my nose, it’s super oily and has tons of white heads, yet there’s dry skin flaking off around the acne

I’m so dysgenic I can’t just have ONE bad trait for skin health. I have to have BOTH bad traits at the same time

Just scratch it off in the shower when its hot, thats what i used to do lol

I think it cannot be permanently fixed so if it works do that i guess. Some oils and cremes for it tho

I have to do that and exfoliate after aswell otherwise im walking around with white stuff on my noise

Your skin barrier is damaged. I went through something similar and what helped was using moisturizer + covering my face in a thin coat of vaseline after which seals the lotion in at night. Wash off in the morning, it'll get on your pillow a little bit but your skin will be so much less dry and your acne will heal quicker. Vaseline doesn't clog your skin or anything either. Do it for a few nights or a couple times a week and you should see a difference soon

Do NOT irritate your skin more. Srs, you have to chill and moisturize and let everything heal. The flaking + oiliness is damaged skin barrier

Use some better soap like beef-tallow soap, do you also use a moisturizer?
