"There is nothing I can do for you. Surgery can´t give you better cheekbones. Your eyes can´t be fixed with surgery either. You also have small eyes and a crooked nose which makes people perceive you as untrustworthy. That is something surgery also can´t fix."

"Sure I can fix your eyes. It´s a standard procedure and nothing out of the ordinary. Don´t worry about your ptosis though it´s just how you were born, no need to fix this. There's so much wrong with my face that I don't really have the motivation to go through all these surgeries and endure the pain. The worst part of my face, which is my eye area, cannot be fixed so I will be a 5/10 when I'm surgerymaxxed at maximum.
I'm only fixing my teeth, trying to get rid of my acne, build muscle mass and that's it. Surgery is only worth it if there are only 1 or 2 bad facial features (bad nose and chin for instance). If every facial feature, like in my case, is bad, then surgery is not worth it since I would end up looking unnatural.
Also how am I supposed to afford all the surgeries that I would need? Go wagecuck just to look slightly better? I'd rather spend the money on good copes like a car where the right outcome is guaranteed.

rhinoplasty is the most useless plastic surgery there is for men unless you have horribly deformed nose that detracts from the rest of your face.

Changing your entire bone structure is what makes the biggest difference.

rhinoplasty is the most useless plastic surgery there is for men unless you have horribly deformed nose that detracts from the rest of your face.

If your white and have a pig nose it can help a lot

I don´t have a choice. It´s either that or doing nothing, staying unattractive and eventually roping. No way I will live like this for the rest of my life.

I´m doing a hail mary, going all out with surgery then try to get a wife from Eastern Europe next year. I´m taking all the leverage I can get.

I have slight temple recession and I will get a HT in Turkey after I have hopefully found a wife next year. Getting a HT is a two year process until it looks completely natural. I don´t want to try to pick up women with an unnatural looking hairline.

I get it. The first guy has a great manly profile and a good jaw though, with nice proportions except for the overall width/length shape. He's basically got a straight line from temples to the bottom of the jaw.

And dammit the second dude would be like 8/10 with a bit different eye angle. His eyes make him look sad. Although I'm sure he still gets pussy, with that beard and neck, and he also looks pretty tall.

This is because you're probably a normal average guy. No surgeon has ever reacted like that to me. If you have to convince a surgeon to operate on you there's either nothing wrong, it's not fixable, or you're talking to the wrong surgeon. Give you've had this happen 5 times, most likely there is nothing wrong and/or it's not fixable.

Eye surgery is near impossible to succeed with. If you're trying to go from a normal average eye to a Chad eye it's impossible.

Legit surgeries are jaw, hair, nose, chin, and maybe mandibular/infraorbital implants. That's basically it.

If 4/5 surgeons couldn't agree there was an objective fixable problem, you're almost certainly about to get fucked up with #5.

Also seriously, to reiterate - almost all eye surgeries don't actually improve the appearance. They just make a person look like they "had surgery".

Probably the only legit eye surgery is infraorbital implants for adding a bit of support to a sunken infraorbital area:

OP remember this when you look in the mirror with scarred up weird looking eyes that are even more asymmetric than they are now due the imprecise nature of eye surgeries.
