Why 3? I'd rather one. I can focus only on her and slowly isolate her from reality. I'd sort of be like God in a way since I know everything and would be her only source of interaction, news, entertainment etc. She'd be alone until she has a child from some of our more intimate interactions. She'll raise my child in the basement away from civilization.
I would keep the three of them chained up in separate rooms, all of which would have a bathroom for them to bathe and do their toiletries.
They would make their own food in a mini kitchen improvised in the room
