• My only expectation in this world is to become a healthy, productive adult male.

• I am not forcing myself to be anyone but a consummate professional.
• My Identity changes through repeated convicted consistent conscious disciplined actions.
• Freewill and willpower are emotional concept; they are an illusion. The power of real monumental change is paced in patience through consistent compounding disciplined actions of the present and past.
• I focus only on what I can control. My previous plights (Insomnia, hyposomnia, mental health, willpower, insecurities) were my refusal to let go of aspects of what I cannot control.
• If you knew better, you’d do better, so work right now to be better.
• This world runs on receipts and actions.
• I face my demons willingly. Fear is an illusion. All negative feelings are illusions.
• I refuse to engage in or believe in anything that inhibits me.
• All I have in this world is my word (promises) and my balls (my actions, and the discipline required to carry out those actions)
• Don’t let success make you forget the old fashion work ethic that got you there in the first place. (Complacency, Floyd)
• Every morning I look myself in the eyes honestly and offer my savior a drink.
• I am ferociously attentive to my discipline and principles.
