Today is my 23rd birthday and I just got a big present from a genetic company whose test I paid for some time ago.
Here is what it says about my ancestry:
Most of my DNA is originated in the Iberian Peninsula, Portugal and Spain. Nothing surprising, knowing my family tree. What I was not prepared for was the presence of a Basque ancestry. The Basques are indigenous to southwestern Europe and their presence extends from northern Spain to southern France. They are one of the oldest ethnicities in Europe and so is their language.
Another part of my DNA comes from Italy, more from the north, though I got Sardinian and look forward to studying about this interesting people. Sardinia is an island of the mediterranean sea and its population has the highest percentage of early neolithic farmer ancestry in any European population!
Some part of my ancestry is from the British Isles and Central Europe like Germany. Not much to expand on this, as the history and culture of these countries are very known. Something that caught me by surprise, however, is the existence of Finoscandinavia, a geographical cape in the Nordic region that includes parts of Russia, Finland, Sweden and Norway. My ancestors came from there as well.
My haplogroup is I2, which predominates in Eastern Europe and entered Europe through the Western Hunter-Gatherers thousands of years ago:

Here is where things get more interesting:
No predisposition to develop baldness. Nice!
Myopia was a given, since I had myopia from the start until I underwent an eye surgery. No predisposition to alcoholism or nicotine is true. I drank and smoked a couple of times, but never developed an addiction.
Acne plagued me since adolescence. The test is right in pointing that out. If I had not taken Accutane, my skin would be full of it still.
This one confused me a bit. No idea what athletic performance means, as I always sucked at every sport I played. Maybe I have an untapped potential? Who knows.
