I do think it would be best to distance yourself from your parents and don't lay any finger on them at all unless its self-defence . It just gives them a reason to call the police on you . And we don't need that right now brocel .

You can make it brocel , I believe in you . You must find solutions though , whether it be avoiding or addressing the issue without escalating the situation . I think your parents aren't going to come to a full agreement with you and its best to assume they don't give a fuck .

Regarding taking combat lessons , if you have some money try to go do some lessons without their permission .
Their not going to let you go , you must go yourself and convince yourself what your doing is right . You have to find an outlet for your anger ,
Worse case scenario , because your parents aren't going to fund your lessons , you can explain your backstory to the owner of the boxing/mma gym and maybe if your lucky they may offer you to clean/volunteer in/at the gym in turn to be able to learn lessons for free . Its happened before , I've heard stories on that .
