My dad told me he wants to put me in a therapist after I told him I have severe anger issues

I told him how badly I want to hurt someone and that he should put me into boxing lessons or some combat sport so atleast I can get rid of my anger issues and atleast have a new cope and possibly meet other people

Now I heard on his phone that either he is gonna get me arrested or put me in counselling
