I spend 1 year basic GMU then I spend 1 year becoming a pointman and bandwagon driver in my teens on an engineer regiment, we never got our ksp90 education so I guess I am technically only half a pointman, it will do nothing, you can apply to guard protected areas after you are finished but in my country they are cutting budget so there really are no job opportunities, if you really want to join the military either join logistics and get your truck license or the navy, career work in the army are for chad only specifically high iq chad.

Don't, really, I can't put emphasis on what a waste it is in the duration of your life, if you are going to spend 1-2 years of your life make sure you can use it afterwards, I still think logistics is the best way if you don't want to pay out of pocket for trade lessons and get a good job, followed by navy, you can become a paramedic and get field operation, intensive care or surgery knowledge which can be something for high iq cels that want an edge if they are going to pursue that academia but overall i'd put actual tradecourse over military all days of the week.
