Last night I met my new boss and hate her.

The 20-second conversation already told me all I needed to know about her. She's young, no older than her early twenties, and very hot, which makes me wonder how many guys she had to sleep with to get there.

I work 12 1/2 hours third shift at a factory so it was typically very laid back with my old boss. He never cared if we were wearing proper equipment, as long as we were doing our job.

However, the females at work always get in your space and bitch about you not wearing the right materials and so on. On the other hand, the few guys that work there don't give a shit and I get along well with. They're the ones who work the hardest.

I swear if the factory was mostly male-dominated with a few hot chicks walking around to look at every once in a while it'd be great.

At first, I genuinely liked my job but females always have to fucking ruin it like they always do.

Working with young women is terrible.
I asked to get moved away from a sector full of them
Now i have women over 40 but they are much more bearable to work with since they dont give a fuck and just want to go home like anyone.
The younger ones were always trying to one up each other , for a job with no upper ranks , and talk with that "i know more than you" tone

no way a woman can reach boss position on its own, theres always a male on top, shes a boss TO YOU but she has her own boss who is a male, naive enough to give boss position to useless woman

Guys, foids are bad managers and it is more difficult to cooperate with them than with men. I prefer always to negotiate or cooperate with a man than with a woman. Foids have not ideas as good as men, they do not know how to focus on important things. It is very difficult for them to run a start up, foids must have a boss who is a man.

I do not even imagine to associate myself with any foid. I have them in my company, some of them work correctly but they cannot define the strategy of the company.
