My ADD is a curse

People give me instructions and either my mind wanders when I'm hearing them or I listen and then forgot what they said a few moments later. Then later on, they scream at me for not doing what was asked. And even if their aware of my ADHD, they just say " you didn't care". Adderall doesn't work, it just makes feel vaguely high.

How much are they paying you? If they're not paying you they can fuck off with their menial tasks anyway!
