1) fathers of daughters wanting to keep a relatively high age of consent because they don’t want to send their young daughters, in heat, not of sound mind, and new to this game, out into the wild where everybody wants to fuck them, without having any controls placed over what is allowed to be done to their daughters. This is easiest to argue in favor of by invoking words like “pedophilia”
