I don't intend on moving out as there is no point as a single man who doesn't work in a city, moving out doesn't make you better than us, I will inherit this house someday anyway. It seems to be a very American narrative that living with parents is considered bad, my parents don't even care, my father admitted that he would still have lived with his mother if he didn't get married.

And that something is what? Leaping headfirst into debt and in order to grind along the slippery slope that is consumerism. If you wanted more space for more practical reasons then that’s understandable but simply “doing something” isn’t going to improve your life in any way in the long term

I'm not going into debt. I actually know how to manage my money. Being away from my family will improve my life in the long run. I'll have more freedom and be able to invite people over even tho that probably won't happen

You said you’d be broke all the time in your OP and if you’re working a wagecuck job the majority of your money is going to rent, bills, insurance, taxes, and other various expenses. Ignoring all of those factors, what exactly have you gained here. You could certainly utilize your new apartment to benefit you in more unconventional ways, but for all I know this is just another place for you to rot after your toil for the day is over. Look inward and honestly ask yourself what has truly been done here. Is this apartment in any way going to ultimately lead to a pleasant and fulfilling life. Are you positioned higher in the hierarchy of needs
