I didn't like eyes wide shut.

I don't remember anything about Barry Lyndon except that there is an erotic scene that is very intense despite not showing much skin.

I liked Lolita a lot.

2001 is known as his masterpiece and I think it is.

PS. Looked up the BL scene. No skin at all actually, apart from the cleavage that is. All in the eye glances.

Maybe you missed the message of EWS. I agree that in terms of cinematic quality EWS isn’t his best but it certainly makes up for it in terms of symbolism. Also I‘m pretty sure Kubrick said this was his greatest contribution to film history

You might be right. And Kubrick also vacillated a lot on his opinions of his own movies, so it's hard to say. I will say EWS did end up being eerily prophetic.
