the clip says something IT executive, i guess he worked in some firm where he probably made like 200-500K per year and retired after he had a few millions. it's quite smart actually. he got divorced 3 times and says its cheaper than marriage this way so lol. if he never married he could have had even more cash left.

i think u could already do it if u earn like 100K per year, which is not completely unattainable. ofc. the poor mans way is to do this in thailand, where its way cheaper. but these girls are actually pretty cute too and u get to live comfy life in the US instead of Thailand.
