And they have no reasons not to be like that. They have no reasons to sabotage their own fun by doing something different or questioning things.
Because its easier to just follow along. You know the saying monkey see monkey do. The moment you start to question the status quo and not conform to the majority is when the normies will view you as a threat to their way of life (cogs in a machine) and you'll become a social pariah. People dont want to be alienated or shunned out of society so they just act fake and follow along the social norms like NPC's. They live life on autopilot, and never choose to take the unknown path which leads into the dense forest.
Instead, they decide to stay on the safe path which will safely guide you through life, but at the same time you´ll miss out on lots of
mysteries of life too.
