I had a little talk with my colleges and my manager and well this and another thing that I did today, kinda confirmed it all: most people are losers.
Especially Gen Z, I mean that wasnt much of a secret.
But just the amount of losers now is just ridiculous.
Like I made a post about "How all jobs are McDonalds" and really if ALL jobs are essentially McDonalds then all workers are losers.
Sure theres a difference between just the "Shit" that happens at your job.
Some jobs require a ton of specific knowledge and motivation and especially college students do not expect just how SHIT the job(s) are that you can get with a specific degree.
And thats because college is sometimes just a scam and in others you choose the wrong degree.
Ultimately there is still a difference whether you make 20€/h if you are sitting comfortably in a Office and dont have much clients or the projects you do actually generate a personal Joy VS manking 20€/h in a very stressful and mentally and physically destroying job and being surrounded by people you KNOW cant stand you.
Tho...you still work for 20€/h regardless. You cant archive anything with this. You might want to become a Team leader get a "career" started and make 30 or even 40€ an hour. You still wont own Jackshit.

I think Inceldom comes in multiple steps. Its not just not getting pussy, it sure is not getting love or affection but really you truly only decent upon the Blackpill once you know that you aint getting anything that you could argubly replace the relationship with.
Usually materialistic possessions of drugs.
And those require money and money comes sadly if you aint a influencer or scammer from work.
And I doubt most people actually want to work. I think most people that pretend to want to worky are either delusional or dont see their work as work but just something that takes their time and gives some form of joyment.
Maybe its a Software developer who LIVES for writing Code.
All hes done is study computers and learn Code. All his god damn life.
Never did anything else. What he never saw is his health declining. Him giving up hours of his finite life for pixels on a screen that improve the system hes trapped in.

What he didnt realize is that he gets older and older and is 35. Worked 13 of those in the same company and calls himself the "IT guy".
What he doesnt realize is that he never had a girlfriend. He seems mostly disinterested in sex or has outed himself as anything but loving the computer.
He works in our departement on my job and I only realized now he is a Incel.
Hes more intelligent then me (I think), better education, makes slightly more money.
