I find the term "mixed" pretty useless when referring to most half white half non-white people. The overwhelming majority of half-white Asians, Indians, Blacks, and Native Americans you see do not have an equal distribution of white and ethnic physical traits. Although technically they have 50% white heritage, they do not possess 50% white physical characteristics most the time. Most of the time they have brown-tan skin, black hair, dark brown eye color, and ethnic noses and eye shapes. Physically speaking, these people are not white at all. At most their skin is slightly lighter.They should NOT be referred to as mixed race when purely referring to their physical appearance.
Most semi-white looking ethnic people have majority white ancestry, they have a balanced mix of ethnic and white physical traits. People with an appearance that is an even mix of white and ethnic physical traits should be considered mixed race, not those who's only white trait is slightly lighter skin and posess majority ethnic features.
Although chads exist among all races, many females are known to discriminate based on race. If you are half white male but do not have a 50:50 distribution of white and ethnic physical traits, don't expect to receive any SMV benefits for being half white. You will inherit the SMV of your pure ethnic counterpart.
