It's because your average normie doesn't see himself as bullied. He thinks having to swipe hundreds of times on tinder is normal. He thinks being rejected 10-20 times at a party/bar is normal. He thinks getting laid a few times per year (with a drunk girl/desperate girl who won't want more and felt disgusted/regretful the day after) is normal.

The average normie thinks just getting a better haircut, dressing more, putting the right kind of deodorant, saying the right words will give him a chad like success. He thinks the chads found the right combination. So he still has hope.

Also the average normie thinks money creates attraction. And he doesn't think of millionaires and the extreme end of the spectrum, he thinks just going from 40k to 60k/year will make him sexually attractive.

Tl;dr the average normie is coping and deluded, he doesn't riot because he has hope.

Because men will normally only revolt when they have comrades to fight with. In a world that doesn't allow male friendships any more, that's not going to happen. This is because of the school system. Bullies (chads - now bosses and more) are given the advantage over normal or ugly men, and if the normal / ugly men fight back, they are punished instead of the bully. by the time this cycle is over, they’ve fully accepted their place in society subconsciously under the idea of “21st century societal roles and expectations”.
