Both my father and mother are around 165-170cm. Honestly a miracle I even got to 185cm. Wasn't it for my manlet dad I think I would have reached 195cm like the average german zoomer these days.
Only noticing this trend with actual white german zoomers though. Turks and other arabs usually stay manlets for some reason even though they can all grow beards to look more masculine.
The amount of factors that could affect height is huge, so I am not quick to jump to conclusions.
A few days ago someone made a thread About testosterone and that lower T Levels could actually lead to increased height.
One example I think, were People with klinefelder Syndrome. They have very low T but are apparentely above average height.
On top of that, our ancestors had vastly higher T-Levels but on average were much Shorter. Just 70 years ago, the average height was around 170cm.
That means 50% of men were below that. Can you imagine half the male Population being in the 160cm-170cm range? thats fucking insane.
Also, there is literally no Survival advantage in being bigger. At a certain Point, additional height actually shortens your lifespan by years.
You are more prone to injury, you Need way more Energy to survive etc...
One of the biggest men to ever live, I think he was 270 cm tall, died of a fucking ankle infection.
Other factors include: Nutrition, Sleep and Stress, especially during puberty. Even exposure to sunlight.
I am a good example of this.
Sleep deprivation during puberty is extremely harmful since most physical and bodily development happens while you Sleep.
Stress will also affect your growth Hormone production negatively.
In my case, my dad is 186cm tall and my mom is average height for a Woman, in the low 170cm range.
I am just 179cm though and a framecel.
My Little brother who is 3 years younger, as well as my younger sister who is 7 years younger - both height and framemog me.
I experienced a lot of stress since earliest childhood, there used to be a lot of Family issues when I was Young. This resolved however and so my siblings had a way less stressful childhood. I always spent the majority of my time inside the house instead of outside.
One time I showed someone my Body on discord and he said that I look like I was supposed to be taller, because I have giant feet and Hands for my Frame.
I have shoe size 47 european, at 179cm.
The only guy that has the same size in my Company is the largest guy in the Office, at 2m height.
Also my spine is bent, reducing my height as well. Probably a result of mental issues or malnutrition.
