there is no objectively quantifiable and measurable method for evaluating self-respect because it's not a concept that actually exists in the real world, its just a concept created by humans and exists only in our minds.
Belief in virtual concepts like "love", "happiness", "female validation",
"self-respect" is an indicator of someone who wants to stroke their ego by seeking mental fulfillment.
Someone who has killed their ego will realise that mental fulfilment is a lie, all that exists in the world is physical fulfillment.

As an incel, you will never be truly "loved" or desired by the female sex, so why should you continue yearning for something that you will never experience.
