Human filters are the people who check websites for objectionable content and remove it. Google has them, Bing I assume has them, and YouTube has them. Most things that hold a database of content has them.

It pays well, because you have to look at some of the most grotesque and scarring shock imagery that the depravity of man can create. And you have to maintain enough sanity to keep doing this job and still be able to tell what's objectionable and what's not. But so many people here seem to have a stomach for the abhorrent, so this could be a good opportunity.

You're not "censoring the Internet," you're censoring private sections of the Internet. That's like saying you're "censoring the Internet" by keeping all the tranny porn off of Incels.co. Incels.co is a private website, and it has the right to have "No Tranny Porn" content policies. Same as how Club Penguin has the right to have "No Swearing" content policies.

I've actually always wondered how people get jobs like this. Having to sit there all day, catalogue and remove content that would make the average person develop PTSD. What would the process even be. Wouldnt your employers find it suspect. In any sense a job like that would be a breeze for me tbh. Just lol if it paid well. I could sit at home and get paid to watch people get hacked and messed up or whatever else. easy

I don't think they would find it that suspect, they need people to be able to do this. However it is they're able to do it doesn't matter as long as they can do it, and consistently pass the psych evaluations.

Not trying to be edgy but I would get fired quickly. If I was at an office I would start laughing sporadically, or I would be like "Hey Steve, look at this crazy shit. This guy jumped off a building, got blown into bits by the impact and then a dog came by and ran off with some meat", or I would get caught jerking off at work. I think people like us are barred from this job, I think the FBI also screens people carefully so they don't take what they saw home.
