They will, just 20sec to generate 3d object with nice looking textures and clean topology, i could never do any of those in 20sec hell even in 20mins is asking for a lot since i struggle a lot with textures and topology. Usually games take 3-5 years to make so they may not fire them all till 2027-2028

Hopefully we'll get an open version of this sort of technology eventually, or at least some decent competition, and it'll be like how LLMs and to a lesser extent image generators are at the moment, instead of, say, AI voice cloning. Would hate for to be hidden prompts added to to your own, or censors that don't allow certain prompts, or other limits on this sort of technology, since all that sort of censorship does is just make it shittier overall (no matter the supposed reasons behind them).

You can't have worse optimization than UE5 slops. They look like games from 2014 and require 10x stronger pcs than ppl had back then.
Unreal has its fair share of problems but I think it's just the devs not taking the time to learn what the engine is doing under the hood. Fortnite, on UE5, for example is extremely well-developed considering it supports up to 100 players.
More competition and more games released. Good for the players, not so much for the devs.
