That's how it is in Finland, it's over if your close relatives don't own a company or you don't live in a farm on the countryside which has a huge hall for a tractor, cars, welding equipment and other tools.

They're often preferred over natives so companies can virtue signal or pay less because they're not always aware of their rights. Finland has high unemployment rate but somehow they managed to give jobs for ukrainian refugees from nothing and they definitely don't meet all the cucked requirements finnish employers require from natives who don't have the luxury of nepotism. Many of immigrants just get neetbux and do shady side hustles.
