No, for pragmatism alone I will stay with my parents, no matter what happened in the past (psychiatry/beating/etc.) until I can stand on my own legs, everything else would be retarded and be more hurtful for my future prospects. So I don't have as much freedom as on my own for now, but later it's better.

Me too. My parents aren't bad off financially, but they rarely spend any money and they also have that slave morality about waging being something noble/fulfilling and not means to an end. My father even routinely rants against self-employed people or employers.
And they also forced me into meme studies instead of letting me do a vocational training far more suited for my (lack of) skills.
My childhood was pure shit with helicopter parenting, abuse in kindergarden and school for twelve years by other kids - and even teachers while not only doing nothing, but blaming me for it, crying all the time due to B's - even now in my MINT studies, hitting and insulting me as a child sometimes deservingly, sometimes not, forbidding me from fighting back if others abused me (out of the fear of punishments in school), putting me into psychiatric care as a child (where my life was ruined via Attachment Therapy), trying to get rid off me, complaining about my lack of friends and then sabotaging my only real friendship, insulting me for everything I do (particularly as a retard due to my physical problems), never allowing me to do what I want (neither in hobbies nor professions), constantly saying that they know me better than I know myself, etc. At least they feel guilty now to some degree and give me more freedom and never abandoned me forever.
Compared to many other people I would still consider myself lucky.

I am in one of the shittiest states to buy real estate. In the region where I live there are many people due to unis in the proximity and therefore the rent is utopian (750 Euro at minimum; around 1.500 Euro as the realistic average for even very small apartments and without electricity/water/etc. taken into account).
The price for buying the flats is often in the high hundred thousands, realistic around 1.000.000 Euro on average. If your family didn't live here from the start (which mine did for hundreds of years) and if you aren't giga-rich it's over.
Saxony however seems to be very suited for accumulating/acquiring real estate (albeit with lesser rents). The cities in my proximity are even in the mainstream media due to hypergamy problems/high single rates, if even the MSM portrays incels in a somewhat sympathetic light you know that it's over. Another one of the most famous incels of my country lives in a neighboring city.
Fucking brutal. Owning an apartment is the most important thing because you save a lot of money and you don't even have to work full time. What about rural areas where you from?
